We are looking for experienced full and part-time retail travel consultants to join our energetic team. Working alongside a dynamic group of experienced travel consultants you will be taking inbound calls and face-to face enquiries from our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
You will be arranging holidays and travel for a discerning client base.
Booking holidays and flights with independent tour operators.
Work to establish a clientele by developing a strategy to generate new business in the following ways:
Solicit new business from corporate, government and leisure sources.
Promote and market specialized product and/or departures.
Assist colleagues with their duties when required.
Participate in general office duties such as greeting clients, answering telephones, filing brochures and other duties as required.
Attendance of presentations and seminars when required.
Work at developing niche markets
Skills Required:
We are looking for an experienced retail travel consultant with at least 2 years experience within either an independent or multiple branch travel agency.
Good worldwide geographical travel knowledge
Galileo or alternative CRS experience preferred but not essential.
Working knowledge of general office equipment, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills and flexibility
Previous sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
