Why can't I make a reservation without entering my personal information?
We require a name, phone number, e-mail address and mailing address to complete a reservation. If you wish, you may create a profile with the minimum information required. However, it is in your best interest to provide us with as much information as possible.
Is it better to wait until the last minute to book or buy now?
There is never any guarantee that a last minute deal will become available. However, if you are concerned about a particular destination and really want to go, send an email to one of our qualified travel consultants. If you are planning International travel or to the U.S. with a child, you should talk to a Canadian lawyer before leaving home. You should carry documentation such as a custody order or a letter certifying that you have the legal right to bring the child with you. Also, persons under the age of 18 who are travelling on their own should carry documentation showing that they have the permission of the custodial parents.
